3.新臺幣10,800元：具台灣復健醫學會準會員身份之復健科住院醫師（需提供會員編號）
報名方式：進階班-報名連結 完成後七日內繳清費用，逾期視為取消報名並開放給予候補名單
取消報名及退費：報名後七日內可全額退費，於11月7日前取消者退款80%；於11月21日前取消者退款50%；
若需匯入指定帳戶，將於扣除匯費30元後退費
教育積分：公務人員繼續教育時數 8 小時；台灣復健醫學會學分7點

Cervical nerve root, facet joint, medial branch, stellate ganglion, suprascapular nerve, third occipital nerve, greater occipital nerve, ascending cervical artery
Wrist Advanced
Distal radioulnar joint, scapholunate ligament, carpometacarpal joint, carpal tunnel contents, triangular fibrocartilage complex, superficial branch of radial nerve, ulnar nerve branches, digital nerves
Anterior Hip and Thigh
Hip joint, iliofemoral ligament, rectus femoris (direct and indirect), iliopsoas, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, femoral branch of genitofemoral nerve, tensor fascia lata, gluteal bursae, gluteus medius and minimus, hip adductor muscles
Knee Advanced
Genicular nerves, anterior cruciate ligament, anterolateral ligament, posterolateral corner, posteromedial corner
Ankle Advanced
Subtalar joint, posterior talofibular ligament, spring ligament, Lisfranc ligament complex, sural nerve, superficial peroneal nerve, medial and lateral plantar nerve, volar plate, foot intrinsic muscles
Posterior Hip and Thigh
Piriformis, gemelli-obturator complex, quadratus femoris, sciatic nerve, pudendal nerve, conjoint tendon at ischial tuberosity, hamstring muscles
